Privacy Policy

01 Who and what this covers

This policy is from AYO_URDUMB (“I”, “me”), a Roblox developer. It covers this website and every quote, conversation and commission that comes from it, including the parts that happen on Discord and Roblox.

It lists everything I collect. If a kind of information isn’t listed here, I don’t collect it, and I don’t use anything I hold for a purpose that isn’t listed here.

02 This website

• There are no accounts, sign-ups, contact forms, cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels.
• The only thing the site saves in your browser is a note that you closed a sale pop-up, so it doesn’t keep reappearing. It’s kept in your browser’s session storage, erased when you close the tab, and never sent to me or anyone else.
• Two things load from Google: the fonts (Google Fonts) and the 3D model viewer. To fetch them, your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser details the way any web server does. Google handles that under the Google Privacy Policy. None of it is sent to me.
• The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They exist to run the site and keep it secure. I don’t use them to identify, profile or track anyone, and I don’t combine them with any other information.

03 What I collect for a commission

When you message me about a commission, I receive only:

• Your Discord username, display name and profile, as Discord shows them to anyone you message.
• Your messages and what you attach to them: ideas, references, images, files and existing work you want matched.
• Your Roblox username and, when the job needs it, your group, game or place, so I can take payment, deliver the work or build in your Team Create.
• Payment records: the amount, the date, the method (group payout or gamepass) and the transaction details Roblox shows me.

I never ask for, and you should never send: your real name, address, phone number, email address, ID, card or bank details, or any password, Roblox cookie, 2-step verification code or login. Team Create access is given only through Roblox’s own permission settings.

04 How I use it

I use commission information only to:

• reply to you and give you a quote;
• make, revise and deliver the work;
• take payment and confirm it arrived;
• handle a refund, a dispute or a reported scam;
• keep the job record described under “How long I keep it”;
• show the finished work in my portfolio, within the limits under “Portfolio”.

Nothing else. No advertising, no mailing lists, no selling and no sharing beyond the next section. In legal terms, I use it to carry out the commission you asked for, and for my legitimate interest in keeping records and preventing fraud.

05 Who it’s shared with

• I never sell, rent, trade or give away your information.
• Discord carries our messages and Roblox carries payments and Team Create access, so they hold that information under their own policies: the Discord Privacy Policy and the Roblox Privacy and Cookie Policy.
• Beyond that, I share your information only when you ask me to (for example, with a teammate you name), when the law requires it, or when I report a scam, threat or rule break to Discord or Roblox.
• I don’t pass your files or your project to anyone else to work on without your permission.

06 Portfolio

Under my terms, I may show finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. When I do:

• I show the work itself, never your messages, Discord username or payment details.
• I name you or your game only if you say yes.
• You can opt out at any time, before or after the job. If the work is already up, I take it down within 7 days.
• I don’t show unreleased work before your game or update is public, unless you agree.

07 How long I keep it

• Messages: they stay in Discord, under Discord’s policy. I can delete the messages I sent, and you control the ones you sent.
• Files you send me (references and project files): deleted from my devices within 6 months after final delivery or cancellation, unless you ask me to keep them for future updates.
• Job record (what was made, price, dates, payments, and your Discord and Roblox usernames): kept for 2 years after the job ends, to settle disputes and prevent fraud, then deleted.
• The finished work: it’s yours once it’s fully paid. I keep a copy only for my portfolio, and delete it if you opt out.

08 Your choices

At any time, you can ask me to:

• show you what I hold about you;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop showing your work in my portfolio.

I’ll do it within 30 days and tell you when it’s done. The only exception: while a job is unfinished or a payment or dispute is open, I keep what’s needed to settle it, then delete it. If you live where privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK) or the CCPA (California) apply, these are also your legal rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

09 Age

• Commissions are arranged on Discord, which requires users to be at least 13 (older in some countries). I don’t take commissions from anyone under that age or knowingly collect their information. If I find out I have, I delete it and end the conversation.
• If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission before you commission or pay.

10 Security and scams

• I keep files on my own password-protected devices and accounts.
• My only Discord account is geoffmon333. Check the spelling before you send anything.
• I will never ask for your password, Roblox cookie, 2-step codes or a “verification” login, and I never take payment outside Roblox. Anyone who does is not me.
• No way of storing or sending information is perfectly secure. If I learn that your information was exposed, I’ll tell you on Discord within 72 hours of finding out.

11 Changes to this policy

Any change is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change would let me use information I already hold in a new way, I’ll ask you first, and it won’t apply to your information unless you agree.
