The boring legal part
Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026 · Last updated November 6, 2026
01 What this covers
This is the privacy policy for AYO_URDUMB (that’s me). It covers this website and any quote, chat or commission that starts here, including the parts that happen on Discord and Roblox.
Everything I collect is listed below. If something isn’t on this page, I don’t collect it, and I won’t use what I have for anything that isn’t listed here.
02 This website
- No accounts, sign-ups, contact forms, cookies, ads or tracking pixels.
- The only thing saved in your browser is a note that you closed the sale pop-up, so it doesn’t keep showing up. It’s kept in session storage, gets wiped when you close the tab, and never gets sent to me or anyone else.
- To count visits, each page loads a small script from Cloudflare Web Analytics. For each page view it tells Cloudflare which page you looked at, which page sent you there, your browser, operating system and device type, how fast the page loaded, and your country (Cloudflare works that out from your IP address). It doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t save anything in your browser and doesn’t follow you to other sites. I only ever see totals, like “40 visits from Discord this week”, never who you are, and I only use them to see how many people visit and which pages are useful. Cloudflare handles this under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- The fonts and the 3D model viewer load from Google. Your browser grabs them from Google’s servers, so Google sees your IP address and basic browser info, the same as with any website. That falls under the Google Privacy Policy. None of it comes to me.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps normal server logs: IP address, browser type, which page and when. Those are there to keep the site running and safe. I don’t use them to figure out who anyone is, build profiles or track people, and I don’t mix them with anything else.
03 What I collect when you order
When you DM me about a commission, this is all I get:
- Your Discord username, display name and profile, which is what Discord shows anyone you message.
- Your messages and anything you send with them, like ideas, references, pictures, files or work you want me to match.
- Your Roblox username and, if the job needs it, your group, game or place, so I can get paid, deliver the work or build in your Team Create.
- Payment records: how much, when, how (group payout or gamepass) and the transaction details Roblox shows me.
I’ll never ask for these, so don’t send them: your real name, address, phone number, email, ID, card or bank details, or any password, Roblox cookie, 2-step code or login. If I need Team Create access, you give it through Roblox’s own permission settings.
04 What I use it for
Only these things:
- talking to you and giving you a price;
- making, changing and delivering your order;
- getting paid and checking the payment came through;
- sorting out a refund, a dispute or a scam report;
- keeping the job record described under “How long I keep it”;
- showing finished work in my portfolio, within the rules under “Portfolio”.
That’s it. No ads, no mailing lists, no selling it and no sharing beyond the next section. The legal version: I use it to do the job you asked for, and because I have a legitimate interest in keeping records and stopping fraud.
06 Portfolio
My terms say I can show finished work in my portfolio unless you tell me not to. When I do:
- I only show the work. Never your messages, Discord username or payment details.
- I only name you or your game if you say yes.
- You can opt out any time, before or after the job. If it’s already up, I take it down within 7 days.
- I won’t show unreleased work until your game or update is out, unless you’re fine with it.
07 How long I keep it
- Messages: they stay on Discord, under Discord’s rules. I can delete the messages I sent, and you control the ones you sent.
- Files you send me (references and project files): deleted from my devices within 6 months after I deliver or the job gets cancelled, unless you ask me to keep them for future updates.
- Job record (what I made, the price, dates, payments, and your Discord and Roblox usernames): kept for 2 years after the job ends, in case of disputes or fraud, then deleted.
- The finished work: it’s yours once it’s fully paid. I only keep a copy for my portfolio, and I delete it if you opt out.
08 Your choices
Whenever you want, you can ask me to:
- show you what I have on you;
- fix it;
- delete it;
- take your work out of my portfolio.
I’ll do it within 30 days and let you know when it’s done. The one exception: if a job isn’t finished, or a payment or dispute is still open, I keep what I need to sort it out, then delete it. If you live somewhere with privacy laws like the GDPR (EU and UK) or the CCPA (California), these are your legal rights too, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
09 Age
- Commissions happen on Discord, and Discord says you have to be at least 13 (older in some countries). I don’t take commissions from anyone younger than that or knowingly collect their info. If I find out I have, I delete it and end the chat.
- If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian’s okay before you order or pay.
10 Security and scams
- I keep files on my own password-protected devices and accounts.
- My only Discord account is geoffmon333. Check the spelling before you send anything.
- I’ll never ask for your password, Roblox cookie, 2-step codes or a “verification” login, and I never take payment outside Roblox. Anyone who does isn’t me.
- Nothing online is 100% secure. If I find out your info got exposed, I’ll tell you on Discord within 72 hours.
11 Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll post it here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change would let me use info I already have in a new way, I’ll ask you first, and it won’t apply to your info unless you agree.
